Originating in Wimbledon in the 1890s and reformed in 1961, Wimbledon Symphony Orchestra has worked with distinguished conductors at the outset of their careers, including Martyn Brabbins, Nicholas Collon and John Wilson. It regularly accompanies some of the finest emerging and established classical music talent, including Jennifer Pike, Martin James Bartlett, Imogen Hancock, Emily Davis, Benjamin Baker, Charlotte Saluste-Bridoux, Ben Goldscheider, and Natalie Clein.
